At MPS Industries, Inc., we manufacture a wide range of custom magnetics for the automotive, aerospace, medical, energy, and other OEM industries. Our line of magnetic products includes transformers, inductors, chokes, and filters with voltages up to 50 kV, current up to 1000 amps, and power up to 1MW. Our products are used in a wide variety of applications, including but not limited to motor drives, energy storage, inverters, UPS systems, communications, fluid handling, and various electronic equipment. Full sales and engineering and support services are provided by our team of experienced experts. This includes a design review to ensure that the current design meets all of a customer’s product lifespan goals.
Custom bobbin tooling is available for winding custom shapes for specialty applications and products can also be potted in enclosures for additional protection when needed. We perform dimensional inspection and testing for reliability and functionality according to customer requirements and applicable industry standards. Typical industry specifications include UL, CE, and CSA standards. We are RoHs and REACH compliant and capable of performing full product part approval process (PPAP) verification for automotive customers.
Total lead time is dependent on the development process and production volume. We utilize both domestic and offshore production facilities to meet all production volume requirements and take pride in providing reliable parts at competitive prices.
